Panel-clamping-strips can be used to retrofit panel elements into closed profile frames. To improve the appearance, the panels are mounted flush with the outer edge of the base frame. For mounting there is no additional processing necessary. An aluminum strip is inserted into the profile groove to hold the panel. Afterwards it is fixed in place with an elastic plastic strip. If necessary, the plastic strip can be removed and the pane removed.
